Yes Mo, our clocks went forward an hour last Sunday (5/10) and will stay that way until the end of March next year. The powers that be started extending daylight savings last year.

In March the time that the new games went on changed by 2 hours, yours went back and ours went forward the same weekend. I thought people were gettinng to the new games before me!

I don't see the point of messing with it, you can't make the daylight last longer and it takes a while to get used to it.

I live in Qld so we don't have it. It doesn't worry me whether we do or not but I do feel sorry for the people who live down near the border. It would be a pain for them

I lived on the border many years ago. It was interesting to say the least.

I worked in NSW but had to catch buses on Qld time.

My partner at the time worked in Qld, we used to joke that it took an hour to get from one side of the bed to the other as we used two different alarm clocks.
