Have just played Wordsearch and no points have been awarded, I see the other thread has not been used since the 2nd of Dec so thought I would start a new one again to see if this is still happening to other players.

Hi Carol,
The same thing here, as well as sudoku awarding no points, todays code cracker and wordsearch awarded zero points.

Thanks for the warning. I was just going to try sudoku, but won't bother now. I submitted a support ticket on 1.12 08 and received a confirmatory email, but I have heard nothing since and the ticket status still shows as open.

I just played Sudoku and it was OK. It has happened a few times to me, the last time I noticed it was at the time of day when they change the puzzles.

I had that problem a week ago, but not since. My problem is when I hit the exit button I can't get out. I do this when my sudoku problem goes wrong, and I have to restart it. Yes, I could just clear the board but that doesn't restart the timer. This problem has been occuring on and off for a couple of weeks. Not serious, I just keep clicking until it works, which it has done, so far.

I managed to get some points on easy sodoku today but I'm still a bit annoyed about losing 54,000 points previously.

I lose so many points on here it is not funny! I lose them not gain them on 20 Questions, Q of Oz, also can't open mag match! What goes on I thought if you plaed a game you got points added NOT taken off. The only one that adds on is alphabet mix, why???
