Help! I need my daily Kakuro Extreme fix. The old program error has re-emerged and the supposed extreme level is only an evil!

Having trouble with Kakuro too. Last couple of times I've played it, my score and token count show up at the end of the game, but when it goes back to my profile page where it lists high scores etc.. my score and token count are both 0. I play it again and then the scores show up, but then are not added to my points or tokens I use the up dated Mozilla Firefox on a PC. Any ideas as to what it could be?

Hey Chocolatier,
It may be that your browser is showing your cached or saved versions of the page. This is something that happens from time to time.
Basically every time you complete a game the tokens and points are added to your account, however they may no appear visually (for example they are not displayed on your account).
The solution to this is fairly generic… and the best thing to do is clear your cache, saved history/pages etc. You should then either refresh the page or open your browser again completely.

i've been having the no score problem with a few games today. and noticed in the leader board (hourly) on one of them that everyone but the top player was a zero! Figure the score must be recorded there somewhere or they wouldn't make the leaderboard, just frustrating when you can't even tell how far out off the game you are :)

Hi Rosie,
Instead of using "freeplay" on the Kakuro screen click on the Archive tab
and you get 4 degrees of difficulty to pick from. Extreme is the hardest.
That is - it is supposed to be but the degree of difficulty has dropped.
Don't know if this is deliberate programming or a glitch that is generating a game at the same level as the next lower one.
Any programmers viewing this - would like the harder one back please.
